1. Introduction
Welcome to Regal Cleanse NG. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Regal Cleanse NG provides a range of professional cleaning services including Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleanup, Janitorial Services, Deep Cleaning, Event Cleanup, and Specialty Floor Care. All services are subject to availability and specific service agreements.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: All service bookings are confirmed via email or phone. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot gain access or the service is refused without prior notification, a 100% no-show fee will be charged.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are quoted based on the details provided during the booking process. Any significant changes to service scope or property condition upon arrival may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, details of which will be provided on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure reasonable access to the property and areas to be cleaned.
- Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning technicians.
- Remove any valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned that could be damaged.
- Inform us of any specific safety concerns, unusual materials, or special cleaning requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Regal Cleanse NG takes utmost care in providing its services, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Regal Cleanse NG and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
